Félix y Liliana tienen tres hijos: Juan David, que es de 9 años, Laura Sofía y Daniel José de 4 años, que son mellisos. Actualmente su domicilio es en Asunción, Paraguay.
La Familia Vargas son un testimonio vivo de lo que Dios puede hacer en la vida de alguien. Hace cinco años, Félix dio su vida al Señor después de haber sido un hombre violento por su trabajo en el cartel de drogas de Cali. Pero Dios le cambió la vida de manera dramática, y ahora él es un ejemplo vivo de lo que Dios puede hacer, sin importar su pasado. Él está sirviendo actualmente como Asistente de Coordinador de la Estrategia Area Central y también es un evangelista en la Región de América del Sur.
Liliana es una mujer de oración. Ella oró por siete años y medio, al creer en su corazón que Félix entrega su vida a Jesús. Su fe fue probada, Dios cambió la vida Felix al ver y escuchar Liliana la oración de fe.
Liliana se dedica a la asesoría para las esposas de los pastores, y junto con Félix han aceptado el desafío de crecimiento de la Iglesia del Nazareno Area Central.

Felix and Liliana have three children: Juan David who is 9, and twins Laura Sofia and Daniel José of 4 years. Their currently make their home in Asuncion, Paraguay.
The Vargas are a living testimony of what God can do in the life of someone. Five years ago, Felix gave his life to the Lord after being a violent man and working in the Cali drug cartel. But God changed his life in a dramatic way, and now he is a living example of what God can do no matter their past. He is currently serving as the Assistant Strategy Coordinator of the Central Field and is also an Assistant of Evangelism on the South America Region.
Liliana is a woman of prayer. She prayed for seven and one half years, believing in her heart that Felix would surrender his life to Jesus. Her faith was tested, but God changed Felix' life at seeing and hearing Liliana's prayer of faith.
Liliana is dedicated to counseling for the wives of pastors, and along with Felix have accepted the challenge of growing the Church of the Nazarene in the Central Field.
